These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Konsa Pehnu, an AI wardrobe and outfit styling application for Indian men. By using Konsa Pehnu, you agree to these Terms.

Using Konsa Pehnu

Konsa Pehnu lets you build a digital wardrobe from photos of your own clothing and receive AI-generated outfit recommendations, including an AI stylist chat. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms to use the service, and you're responsible for the accuracy of information you provide during onboarding.

Your content

You retain ownership of the wardrobe photos and other content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Konsa Pehnu a limited license to process it (including via AI/vision services) solely to provide you with wardrobe organization and outfit recommendation features. You confirm you have the right to upload the images you provide.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload images you do not have the right to use.
• Do not use the service to upload unlawful, abusive or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or misuse the service or its AI systems.
• Do not use automated means to scrape or abuse the service.

Plans and payment

Konsa Pehnu may offer free and paid subscription plans, as described on the website's Plans section at the time of purchase. Pricing and features shown on the site reflect current offerings and may change with notice.

AI-generated recommendations

Outfit recommendations, styling advice and clothing recognition are generated by AI and are provided for guidance only. Konsa Pehnu does not guarantee that any recommendation will match your personal taste, fit, or the occasion, and you remain responsible for your own styling choices.

Disclaimers

Konsa Pehnu is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will be perfectly accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Konsa Pehnu and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using Konsa Pehnu and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use of Konsa Pehnu after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
